Shipping and Return Policy

Introduction

 

  1. This document sets out the shipping and return policy of WBSS regarding merchandise that is purchased through ‘https://www.wbss.co’ (‘the website’)

  2. The ‘purchaser’ is the individual who has purchased the merchandise from the website.

 

Shipping and Collection

 

  1. After the specific WBSS executive has received the merchandise the purchaser will be informed. 

  2. After merchandise has been received by the specific WBSS executive, it will be the duty of the purchaser to collect the merchandise from the specific WBSS executive within the time period specified by the WBSS executive. 

  3. Failure to collect within this time period may lead to the purchaser’s forfeiture of the merchandise.

  4. If an arrangement is made between the purchaser and WBSS for individual delivery of the merchandise, and the WBSS executive has to incur additional costs as a consequence, the purchaser will be liable for the cost of delivery and should reimburse the WBSS executive accordingly. 


 

Returns and Refunds 

 

  1. All items purchased through wbss.co are FINAL SALE and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  2. If your item is damaged or defective the same terms do not apply. In order to be eligible for a return and subsequent refund you must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the good. 

  3. In the event of any goods being damaged please send images to returns@wbss.co.uk and we will be in touch in due course. 

  4. From the date in which you have been informed that a refund will be permissible, please allow 14 working days for any refunds to be processed. 

  5. The refund will be made to the bank account that was used to purchase the merchandise.
