Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are delighted to invite you to The 24th WBSS Annual Ball - Stardust!

Join us on the 11th of March at the historic Coombe Abbey to celebrate the ending of Term 2 the way you deserve it to be celebrated.

Prepare your best suits and dresses as this is our biggest event of the year. Get ready for a magical night and immerse yourself into the impressive decorations, delicate dishes, and exciting festivity. 

We promise to exceed your fantastical childhood expectations of a ball and make this one of your most memorable events at Warwick.

The First Batch of tickets will be released on the 11th of February at 4 PM.

Stay tuned for the Second Batch of tickets release - We will announce the date and time on our social media.

Tickets include: transportation to and from the venue, champagne upon arrival, complimentary wine, an intricate three-course meal, and many more surprises. 

Ticket price: £55

** The purchase of alcoholic beverages at all our events will only proceed upon ID verification of the customer's age. If ID verification is not provided, a non-alcoholic beverage will be provided as an alternative.

***Ticket resales for the ball are not allowed due to logistical complications. All resells have to go through WBSS, so if you would like to refund your ticket, contact WBSS and it will be sorted out. If you are still looking for a ticket, you will have to join a waitlist. Send an email to contact@wbss.co.uk stating your name and how many tickets you would like!

****In order to ensure a timely arrival at the venue, we ask you to be at the pick-up location you listed when purchasing your ticket, at exactly 18:00 on Friday the 11th of March. The buses will not accommodate for guests arriving at the pick-up location late.

For guests travelling from campus, please arrive at Car Park 2 (Next to Bluebell 1) at 18:00 sharp.

For guests travelling from Leamington Spa, please arrive at Newbold Terrace (opposite to the Police station), at 18:00 sharp.

 

Please note, you must travel from your originally selected pick-up location, otherwise you will not be able to enter the bus! We additionally ask that you do not bring food or drink on the busses.

 

The busses will return to the original pick-up locations at approximately 1:30am.

 

A cloak room is available; however, it is recommended that you keep your coat by your side as you may wish to proceed outside on several occasions. WBSS accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage of any items.

There is a bar at the venue stocked with various alcohol that can be purchased throughout the night. For alcohol purchases, age verification is required, so make sure to bring an identification document.
